Write it as cos (45-30) - sin(45-30)
Now open both the functions as
= cos 45 cos 30 + sin 45 sin 30 - sin 45 cos 30 + sin 30 cos 45
Putting the values as learned in class X
{tex}{1\over \sqrt2} *{\sqrt3\over2} +{1\over \sqrt2} *{1\over2} - {1\over \sqrt2} *{\sqrt3\over2} +{1\over2} *{1\over \sqrt2} {/tex}
Solving we get
= {tex}1\over\sqrt2{/tex}
