Romanticism (also known as romantic era or romantic period ) was arts , literary & literature movement which was originated in Europe in the end of 18 century and almost all areas emphasizing subjectivity and primary of the individual .
The Civil Code of 1804 – usually known as the Napoleonic Code – did away with all privileges based on birth, established equality before the law and secured the right to property. This Code was exported to the regions under French control.

Federal Division of Powers is such a power sharing arrangement in which constitution of the country clearly lays down the division of powers at different levels of government.
In this arrangement, division of powers involves the higher and lower levels of government like union/ Nation, states/provinces and local.

In a federal set up, while the Central government looks after the administration of the entire country, the state governments look into the administration of their respective states.
