The tertiary sector is inside the For-profit or Business sector; it is tertiary behind the primary (raw materials) and secondary (production, encompassing both the manufacturing and service sectors). The tertiary sector is B2B (for example, companies that produce price optimization software to improve productivity and profitability in the retail sector).

The Public sector is government, especially the large regulatory bureaucracies that oversee social justice issues like access, and includes the legislative functions and the courts. Taxation is the funding mechanism for the Public sector, just as sales is the funding mechanism in the For-profit sector.

The Third sector (not to be confused with the tertiary sector) is Nonprofit organizations, funded variously, but in the U.S. and western countries, primarily by charitable donations. In most of the developing world, this sector is referred to as NGOs, Non-Governmental Organizations, since there is usually no tax-free status for these organizations outside the west.

They posed that they were driven by the idea of the civilizing mission. Like the British in India, the French claimed they were bringing modern civilization to Vietnam. They considered that it was their duty to bring modern ideas into their colonies even at the cost of destroying the local culture, beliefs, etc. Thank you??

Gandhi declared that British rule was established in India with the cooperation of Indians, and had survived only because of this cooperation. If Indians refused to cooperate, British rule in India would have collapsed.
(i) Non-cooperation movement was launched by Gandhi in 1920 and it was unfolded in stages. It began with the surrender of titles that the government awarded, and a boycott of civil services, army, police, courts, schools and foreign goods.
(ii) Various social groups participated in this movement, each with its own specific aspiration. The non-cooperation movement started with the middle class participation in the cities.
(iii) Thousands of students left government-controlled schools and colleges; headmasters and teachers resigned; and lawyers gave up their legal practices.
(iv) Foreign goods were boycotted, liquor shops picketed, and foreign clothes burnt in huge bonfires. In many places, merchants and traders refused to trade in foreign goods or finance foreign trade.

The Non-Cooperation Movement was a significant phase of the Indian independence movement from British rule. It was led by Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi after the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre. It aimed to resist British rule in India through non-violent means or "satyagraha". Protestors would refuse to buy British goods, adopt the use of local handicrafts and picket liquor shops. The ideas of Ahimsa and nonviolence, and Gandhi's ability to rally hundreds of thousands of common citizens towards the cause of Indian independence, were first seen on a large scale in this movement through the summer 1920. Gandhi feared that the movement might lead to popular violence. The non-cooperation movement was launched on 12th August, 1920. 1) The first world war lead to huge increase in defense expenditure and increased taxes. Forced recruitment caused widespread anger. Famine and epidemic badly affected people. This outraged the people. 2) The Non-cooperation movement was a reaction to the oppressive policies of the British Indian government such as the Rowlatt Act and the Jallianwala Bagh massacre.  3) Indians were disappointed to see the British government adopting repressive measures. In response to it Tilak and Besant started Home Rule movement. The Lucknow Pact had brought the Congress and the Muslim League closer together. The return of the Extremists to the Congress in 1916 gave the Congress a militant character. Read more on Brainly.in - https://brainly.in/question/7175445#readmore

Kerala has a better human development ranking than Maharashtra in spite of lower per capita income because of the following reasons:
1.Infant mortality rate( IMR) is 12 death out of 1000 in Kerala, while it is as high as 25 deaths out of 1000 in Maharashtra (as in 2012). Kerala small Infant Mortality Rate because it has adequate provision of basic health education facilities.
2. Literacy rate is almost 94% in Kerala while it is around 82% in Maharashtra (as in 2011).
Money cannot buy all the services and goods that one may need to live well. In spite of high levels of income, money is not spend on education and health in state like Maharashtra due to lack of awareness. The government in Maharashtra should also provide adequate as well as chief services to its people as provided in Kerala. Income is not a complete indicator of material goods and services that citizens are able to use. Thus, States cannot be compared on the basis of income alone.
