Due to the locomotion of electron

Mansi Mishra 5 years, 7 months ago

The electrons moving through the wire are called the "electric current" which is measured in amperes, or "amps" for short. Since Electricity is the flow of electrons, electricity will flow from negative charge to a positive charge.

An electric switch is a device that interrupts the electron flow in a circuit. Switches are primarily binary devices: either fully on or off and light switches have a simple design. When the switch is turned off, the circuit breaks and the power flow is interrupted. Circuits consist of a source of power and load. The power supply to a circuit is switched by the SPST switch. From the typical light switch diagram, it controls one wire (pole) and it makes one connection (throw). This is an on/off switch when the switch is closed or on then current flows through the terminals and the bulb in the circuit will glow.

The chemical equation needs to be balanced so that it follows the law of conservation of mass. A balanced chemical equation occurs when the number of the different atoms of elements in the reactants side is equal to that of the products side. Balancing chemical equations is a process of trial and error.

Clinical Presentation Coronaviruses cause acute, mild upper respiratory infection (common cold). Structure Spherical or pleomorphic enveloped particles containing single-stranded (positive-sense) RNA associated with a nucleoprotein within a capsid comprised of matrix protein. The envelope bears club-shaped glycoprotein projections. Classification Coronaviruses (and toroviruses) are classified together on the basis of the crown or halo-like appearance of the envelope glycoproteins, and on characteristic features of chemistry and replication. Most human coronaviruses fall into one of two serotypes: OC43-like and 229E-like. Multiplication The virus enters the host cell, and the uncoated genome is transcribed and translated. The mRNAs form a unique “nested set” sharing a common 3′ end. New virions form by budding from host cell membranes. Pathogenesis Transmission is usually via airborne droplets to the nasal mucosa. Virus replicates locally in cells of the ciliated epithelium, causing cell damage and inflammation. Host Defenses The appearance of antibody in serum and nasal secretions is followed by resolution of the infection. Immunity wanes within a year or two. Epidemiology Incidence peaks in the winter, taking the form of local epidemics lasting a few weeks or months. The same serotype may return to an area after several years. Diagnosis Colds caused by coronaviruses cannot be distinguished clinically from other colds in any one individual. Laboratory diagnosis may be made on the basis of antibody titers in paired sera. The virus is difficult to isolate. Nucleic acid hybridization tests (including PCR) are now being introduced. Control Treatment of common colds is symptomatic; no vaccines or specific drugs are available. Hygiene measures reduce the rate of transmission.

The coronavirus spike protein is a multifunctional molecular machine that mediates coronavirus entry into host cells. It first binds to a receptor on the host cell surface through its S1 subunit and then fuses viral and host membranes through its S2 subunit. Two domains in S1 from different coronaviruses recognize a variety of host receptors, leading to viral attachment. The spike protein exists in two structurally distinct conformations, prefusion and postfusion. The transition from prefusion to postfusion conformation of the spike protein must be triggered, leading to membrane fusion. This article reviews current knowledge about the structures and functions of coronavirus spike proteins, illustrating how the two S1 domains recognize different receptors and how the spike proteins are regulated to undergo conformational transitions. I further discuss the evolution of these two critical functions of coronavirus spike proteins, receptor recognition and membrane fusion, in the context of the corresponding functions from other viruses and host cells.

These air sacs, called alveoli, are responsible for gas exchange. ... The oxygen in inhaled air passes across the thin lining of the air sacs and into the blood vessels. This is known as diffusion. The oxygen in the blood is then carried around the body in the bloodstream, reaching every cell.

Mansi Mishra 5 years, 7 months ago

A strong acid is one that is completely dissociated or ionized in an aqueous solution. It is a chemical species with a high capacity to lose a proton, H+. In water, a strong acid loses one proton, which is captured by water to form the hydronium ion: HA(aq) + H2O → H3O+(aq) + A−(aq)

When the food enters in our mouth ,it is chewed by teeth ( pysical digestion). In our mouth salivary glands are present which produce saliva that contain salivary amylase which helps in digesting starch into sugar . The food is mixed with saliva the food enters in our food pipe or oesophagus with the help of tongue .the lining of canal has muscles which help in contract rhythemically for pushing the food forward This is called peristaltic movements and food enters into stomach. The stomach contain gastric juices which contain hcl, mucus and pepsin enzymes . The muscular walls of stomach helps in churning the food with hcl which makes food acidic ,that activates the enzyme pepsin. This was the digestion of food till stomach now i cann't write more . I am very very sorry☺?
