From eq(१) put the value of a1 in a1a2=192 then we get, (a2–4)a2=192 => (a2)²-4a2=192 | | then factorise it and get ur answer

Lucifer ? Morningstar? 5 years, 5 months ago

(a2-a1)²+2a1a2=400। => 2a1a2=384 => a1a2=192

Lucifer ? Morningstar? 5 years, 5 months ago

(a1)²+(a2)²=400 | | next, 4à2–4a1=16 => à2–a1=4 ....(१)

Lucifer ? Morningstar? 5 years, 5 months ago

Let the side of square be a1 and a2 [where a1<a2] Then, (a1)²+(a2)²=400. A/q 4a2-4a1=16. | | a2–a1=4

Let 3+2√5 be rational number. So,3+2√5=a/b(a and b are co-prime) A/q 3+2√5=a/b =>2√5=a/b-3 =>√5=(a-3b)/2b. a,b,3 and 2 are integers. So,(a-3b)/2b is rational. But,(a-3b)/2b=√5. (√5 is irrational). Hence, our assumption is wrong. So,3+2√5 is irrational... I hope this helps you.??

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 5 months ago

3 + 2√5 = a/ b
2√5 =a/b -3
√5 =a-3b/2b
√5 is rational.
This contradicta the fact that √5 is irrational.
So our supposition is incorrect.

Step1-On dividing 225 by 135,we get 1as quotient and 90 as remainder. From Euclid lemma, 225=135×1+90 Step 2-On dividing 130 by 90 ,we get 1as quotient and 45 as remaider. From Euclid lemma, 130=90×1+45 Step3-On dividing 90 by 45,we get 2 as quotient and 0 as remainder. From Euclid lemma, 90=45×2+0 HCF(225,134)=45. I hope this helps you.??

We just need to get a line which can be possible with two solutions also. If a1=a2 and b1=b2 but c1 is not equal to c2 then the pair of linear equations in two variables will have no solution i.e., we'll get parallel lines.

Deepa Kumari 5 years, 5 months ago

On seeing both equations we will find that both are multiple of one another. For example ,4x+ 3y =7and 8x+6y = 14

Study Lover ?‍? ?‍? 5 years, 5 months ago

3 solutions can be taken. Let the given equation system be 1.ax+by+c=o 2.a'x+b'y+c'=0 If a/a' is not equal to b/b'. Then,lines intersect at one point. If a/a'=b/b'=c/c' Then,lines are parallel. If a/a'=b/b' €c/c'. {€=not equal} Then,lines don't intersect.
