1.not always But in certain cases it is possible like: If we take a number 104 is divisible by 2 and 4 . It is also divisible by 4*2= 8 2. According to me the answer is no.

Let A( 4 , 0) B(0, 0) and C (0 , 3)

use distance formula,
AB =√(4²+0) =4
BC= √(0+3²) = 3
CA =√(4²+3²) =5

now ,
perimeter of ∆ = 3 + 4 + 5= 12 unit
