Yes, I would like to become invisible, but only if I could get back to normal. It would be a unique and adventurous experience. I would be able to free people caught in the vicious circle of crime, help the police catch criminals and help the deprived sections of the society. I would not like to convert myself into an invisible creature forever as it would deprive me of all the benefits of being a human and my family and friends. If I take a firm stand as a citizen, I am sure I will be able to do all the things even when visible. It is just about how determined a person is.

For the poet, fire means the burning desire for the material things and ice means coldness that emerges in humans because of the desires and materialistic life. He finally concludes that both of these weapons are equally dangerous and will lead the world towards destruction.

There is no need for ‘fire’ to destroy the world. Even ‘ice’ is sufficient and ‘strong’ enough to cause the destruction of this world. If this world has to ‘perish twice’, then there is no need for fire to destroy it twice. ‘Ice’ is as ‘strong’ and ‘great’ a cause that can cause the end of this world.

The poet in 'Fire and Ice' confesses that he has 'tasted of desire' which means he has experienced desire and its effects. He has had many worldly desires which he compares to fire and then admits that they have a destructive quality. He speaks from first hand experience.

The 'dust of snow' means the fine particles or flakes of snow. The sudden shower in the form of the dust of snow changed the poet's mood. The 'dust of snow' means the fine particles or flakes of snow. The sudden shower in the form of the dust of snow changed the poet's mood. This article focuses on the short poem, Dust of snow summary by Robert Frost. It illustrates the extraordinary curative power of nature and trivial things in life. Nature cures everything whether it is awful mood or illness. The author is experiencing one such bad day when a crow’s movement near hemlock dusted snow upon him. The snow instantly makes him happier. His day gets tons better. The supremacy of nature made him realise his problems are petty. The fact that hemlock is poisonously combined with crow being the indicator of doom and fear is utilized in the poem because the carrier of happiness within the lifetime of the narrator is ironical. The poet tries to spotlight that sometimes creatures link with negative aspects of life often bring change and happiness. Being outdoors in nature, with all its unpredictability can benefit anyone, anywhere at any time.

Pumphrey overfed her dog 'Tricky'. She gave him a lot of fatty foods such as ice creams, cakes. She fed him often and tricky never refused the foods given by her because he loved eating. Mrs Pumphrey said so because according to her, Dr. Herriot took Tricky for some kind of surgery or operation but actually it was a therapy. When she saw Tricky healthy and fit at the end of the story, she said that the surgery was successful and thanked Mr. Herriot for making this operation victorious.

In his boyhood, Mandela enjoyed every freedom. He was free to run in the fields near his mother’s hut or to swim in the clear stream that ran through his village. His sense of freedom was limited to his own enjoyment. As long as he obeyed his father and abided by the customs of his tribe, his freedom wasn't restricted by the laws of man or God. Gradually, he learnt that his boyhood freedom was an illusion.

The poet, John Berryman in The Ball Poem' describes the grief of a boy over the loss of his ball. With that loss he senses his first responsibility in a materialistic world; where those whom you love and your worldly possessions will not be with you forever. The poet watches a young boy playing with his ball. The next minute, his ball rolls away from him and fall into the water of the harbor. As the boy watches his ball disappear, he can also feel his childhood slip away from him. He feels himself growing up very fast as he learns that loss is a part of everyday life and that life goes on despite it. The sight of the sad little boy pains the poet, but he knows that growing up is an unavoidable process.
