The causes for the fall of the Jacobin Government in France were as follows:
(i) Robespierre followed a policy of severe control and punishment. All those whom he saw as enemies were arrested, imprisoned and then tried by a revolutionary tribunal. Those found guilty were guillotined.
(ii) Churches were shut down and converted into barracks or offices, causing resentment in the clergy.
(iii) Peasants were forced to transport their grain to the cities and sell it at prices fixed by the government. Robespierre pursued his policies so relentlessly that even his supporters began to demand moderation.

Conservatives believed in traditional and cultural values. They were the people who supported monarchy and nobility. They believed that privileges of the monarchy and nobility should exist. After the French Revolution, they contended that gradual changes should be brought in the society.

The National Assembly was the first revolutionary government of the French Revolution and existed from June 14th to July 9th in 1789. The National Assembly was created amidst the turmoil of the Estates-General that Louis XVI called in 1789 to deal with the looming economic crisis in France. In the year of 1870 socialist ideas started in the minds of Europe. Air of socialism came from Russia. It is commenced from international body. Socialism is meant for post capital country. Socialism had enacted in the eastern region. The western country of Europe was not socialist at all. Western countries were based on republic and capitalist nature of the economy. Socialism imposed in Europe was very different and little way.

The period from 1793 to 1794 is known as the Reign of Terror. Maximilian Robespierre sentenced to death all those persons who he considered as enemies of the republic, whether they were ex-noble, clergy, and members of any political parties; including Jacobins.

Rule by dictators has taken several different forms. A democratic government is a better government because it is a more accountable form of government. Democracy improves the quality of Decision Making. Democracy provides a method to deal with differences and conflicts. Democracy allows people to correct their own mistakes. The most common form of democracy is representative democracy. Modern democracies involve such large number of people that it is physically impossible for them to sit together and take a collective deicision.

The Russian empire in 1914 was ruled by Tsar Nicholas II. Besides the territory around Moscow, the Russian empire included current day Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, parts of Poland, Ukraine and Belarus.
