Human capital is superior to other resources like land and physical capital because human resources can make better use of land and physical capital but land and physical capital cannot become useful on its own. Several years of education adds to the quality of labour. This enhances their all over productivity. Productivity adds growth of the economy of a country. The health of a person helps him to realize his potential and the ability to fight illness. Countries like Japan have invested in human resources as they do not have any natural resources. They have invested on their people especially in the field of education and health. These people have made efficient use of other resources like land and capital.

Hitler never whole heartedly supported India’s cause during their struggle against British. It was only “ Enemy’s enemy is our friend”.

On 16th january, 1941 in the dead of night, a man surreptitiously came out of house arrest with the help of his nephew travelled out of Country. British launched one of the biggest manhunts of thier colonial history to nab that man. In April 1941, World was stunned to hear on Gobbel’s Radio that a great leader from India arrived to sought the help of Adolf Hitler for its’ Independence.

That leader was none other than ‘ Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’.

Subhas waited for a whole year to get a glimpse of Hitler.

FInally, Hitler agreed to see the Indian Leader and a meeting was arranged on 27th of May, 1942 ended in disillusionment to Netaji. Hitler did not promise anything to Subhas Chandra Bose.

Netaji asked him to remove some lines’ of Hitler’s ‘Mein Kampf in which he expressed that as a German he would see India as a colony under British rather than some other Country.

Subhas left Germany along with Abid Hasan Safrani one of his closest aides to Japan in U-boat( unterseebooten, now called submarine)in utter disappointment. His dream of fighting British with Indian soldiers not full filled with lackadaisical attitude of Hitler. He reached Japan in 1943 and he finally raised army in Burma with POWS captured by Japan during the war with British.

After the Bolsheviks seized power in Russia, they ordered the redistribution of land among the peasants. As a result, many soldiers left army to go to their villages. There were many people in the country who did not support the Bolsheviks. During this period (1918-19), the ‘greens’ who were the socialist revolutionaries and the ‘whites’ who were the supporters of the Tsarist regime were in control of the most of the Russian empire. These two groups were supported by France, America, Britain and Japan as they did not want socialism to expand in Russia. Thus, wars between the Bolsheviks and the ‘greens’ and the ‘whites’ broke resulting into looting, arson and banditry.

Nowadays, Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) are used to record votes. The machine shows the names of the candidates and the party symbols. Independent candidates too have their own symbols, allotted by Election Commission. Once the polling is over, all the EVMs are sealed and taken to a secure place. Then on the decided date the votes secured by each candidate are counted and the candidate who secures the highest number of votes from a constituency is declared elected.

Since the weather in Rajasthan is very hot and receives very less rainfall, the houses have thick walls and flat roofs. This is because these thick walls prevent the heat from entering into the houses while the flat roofs help to retain the little water that has been collected during rainfall.
