When one side and 90degree Angle anddd hypotenuse of 2 triangles are equal.then we can say that there will RHS congruency rule

Yogita Ingle 4 years, 10 months ago

RHS (Right angle- Hypotenuse-Side)

If the hypotenuse and a side of a right- angled triangle is equivalent to the hypotenuse and a side of the second right- angled triangle, the right triangles are said to be congruent by RHS rule.

In above figure, hypotenuse XZ = RT and side YZ=ST, hence triangle XYZ ≅ triangle RST.

2+8-3(9+5-3*6)/2

= 2+8-3(9+5-18)/2

= 2+8-3(14-18)/2

= 2+8-3(-4)/2

= 2+8+12/2

= 2 + 8 +6

= 10 + 6

= 16

3m - 8n = 27
3m = 27 + 8n
m = (27 + 8n)/3

Taking different values of n, we can calculate the corresponding values of m
For example, when n = 0, m=9. when n=3, m=17 and when n=6, m=25

There can be several sets of other solutions

Given -ABCD is a rectangle, AC bisects A and C Proof -i) In ? ABC and ? ADC 1=2 (given) 3=4 (given) AC=AC (common) By ASA criterion. ? ABC congruent to ? ADC. Therefore AB =AD...... (1) (cpct) but ABCD is rectangle therefore AB=DC.....(2) BC =AD.......(3) From (1),(2),(3) AB =BC=CD=DA. Therefore ABCD is a square

Surface area of the sphere=(4π×5×5) cm²
= (100π) cm².

Curved surface area of the cone=(π×4×l) cm²
=(4πl) cm²

∴ 100π=5×(4πl) ⇒ l=5 cm.
Now, l² = h² + r²
5²= h² + 4²
h²= 9
h= 3 cm.

Volume of cone = 1/3  πr2h

= 1/3 × 22/7 × (4)2 × 3

= 22/7 × 16

= 50.29cm2

Join 0 and 2 on the number line. Draw a perpendicular of length 1 on 2. Join 0 and the endpoint of the perpendicular. Place the point of the compass on 0 and the other on the endpoint. The place where the curve made by the compass meets the number line represents √5.

Given : Let ABCD is cyclic quadrilateral.
To prove : ∠A + ∠C = 180°  and ∠B + ∠D = 180°.
Construction : join OB and OD.

Proof : ∠BOD = 2 ∠BAD
     ∠BAD = 1/2∠ BOD
Similarly ∠BCD = 1/2 ∠DOB
∠BAD + ∠BCD = 1/2∠BOD + 1/2 ∠DOB
                   =1/2(∠ BOD + ∠DOB)
                   = (1/2)X360° = 180°
Similarly ∠B + ∠D = 180°
