Let one angle=x Let second angle=2/3of x =2/3x 1st angle+2nd angle=180° x+2/3x=180° 5/3x=180° x=180°×3/5 x=36×3 x=108° so one angle=x=108° second angle=2/3x=2/3×108°=72°

Yogita Ingle 4 years, 1 month ago

Let one angle=x
Let second angle=2/3of x =2/3x
1st angle+2nd angle=180°
x+2/3x=180°
5/3x=180°
x=180°×3/5
x=36×3
x=108°
so one angle=x=108°
second angle=2/3x=2/3×108°=72°

V = (1/3) * π * h * (r12 + r22 + (r1 * r2)).

Yogita Ingle 4 years, 1 month ago

Frustum of cone is the part of cone when it is cut by a plane into two parts. The upper part of cone remains same in shape but the bottom part makes a frustum.
The conical frustum formula of cone in terms of radius ‘r’ and height ‘h’ is given by;
Slant height = √((r – r’)2 + h2)
Volume = (1/3) x π x h x (r2 + r’2 + (r x r’))

Laya R 4 years, 1 month ago

Volume of a conical frustum =V=(1/3)*pi*h*(r12+r22+(r1*r2))

Rooh Choudhary 4 years, 1 month ago

(1/3)*pi*h*(r12+r22 +(r1*r2)

Let ABC be a triangle and Let AD be one of its medians. In △ABD and △ADC the vertex is common and these bases BD and DC are equal. Draw AE⊥BC. Now area(△ABD)= 2 1 ×base×altitude of△ADB = 2 1 ×BD×AE = 2 1 ×DC×AE(∵BD=DC) but DC and AE is the base and altitude of △ACD = 2 1 × base DC × altitude of △ACD =area△ACD ⇒area(△ABD)=area(△ACD) Hence the median of a triangle divides it into two triangles of equal areas. solution.

When proving a quadrilateral is a rhombus, we must know several things: 1) A rhombus is a parallelogram with equal side lengths. 2) A rhombus has diagonals that are perpendicular to one another and bisect one another. 3) A rhombus' diagonals bisect the angles of the vertices each diagonal intersects. Prove that when in a rectangle, the midpoints of the sides of the rectangle are drawn and labeled A,B,C, and D, then the quadrilateral ABCD is a rhombus. Say that the rectangle had side lengths of length e and f. Then the side lengths of quadrilateral ABCD, by the Pythagorean Theorem, are √(e2)2+(f2)2. Since all sides of this quadrilateral are equal then quadrilateral ABCD must be a rhombus.
