Water cycle is the cyclic movement of water from the atmosphere to the earth and back to the atmosphere through various processes. This constant, never ending circulation of water in nature is known as the water cycle.
The process includes:
Evaporation: Water in seas, rivers, lakes, ponds or streams evaporates because of the heat of the sun.
Transpiration: Plants give out a large amount of water through their leaves
Condensation: Water vapor rises up and condenses on dust particles to form cloud.
Precipitation: Water stored in clouds reaches the ground in the form of rain, hail or snow.

The problem in Patalpuram was that there was a lack of clean drinking water and proper sanitation. In addition, people were dying of water-borne diseases and there was a shortage of proper medical facilities.

Public meeting – Demand for the MLA to take responsibility for the deteriorating healthcare and sanitation conditions and put a stop to the innumerable deaths.

Legislative Assembly – Discussion on the need for proper sanitation and healthcare facilities by the MLAs. Explanation by the MLAs on the steps taken by the government.

Press Conference – Explanation by the Minister on the steps taken to improve medical facilities and provide tankers which would supply clean drinking water. Inform that the Chief Minister has promised funds for the same. Plans to start a campaign to inform people about the steps to stop diarrhea.

Chief Minister -Assured that a high-level inquiry committee will look into the needs of the district to provide sanitation facilities. A promise of funds for the measures suggested by the Health Minister. The promise of a proper and timely collection of garbage for better sanitation. Compensation announced for the families of those people who died due to diseases.

Mansabdars were the patrons who joined the Mughal service. The term mansabdar refers to an individual who holds a mansab, which means a position or rank. It was a grading system used by the Mughals to fix the rank, salary and military responsibilities. Each mansabdar had to maintain a specified number of sawar or cavalrymen. A jagir was a revenue assignment for the mansabdars. The mansabdars had the right to collect revenue from a jagir but they could not reside in or administer the jagir. They only had rights to the revenue of their assignments which was collected for them by their servants while the mansabdars served in some other part of the country. In Akbar’s reign, these jagirs were carefully assessed so that their revenues were roughly equal to the salary of the mansabdar.

The most air over the sea and ocean gets heated by sun rays and rises up creating a low pressure region. This warm air get cool and starts condensing. During condensation heat is released and air around it gets warm. This warm air rises upwards creating a low pressure region. This space is filled by cooler air.
