Atmosphere is made of three major gases Nitrogen 78% Oxygen 21% and carbon dioxide 0.03% from these major gases in atmosphere has also argon etcin small amounts the water vapour and dust particles are other important exponent present in the atmosphere

Gaurav Seth 6 years, 3 months ago

The air that we breathe is a mixture of many gases like oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon etc. The majority of the atmosphere is made up of nitrogen (78%) and oxygen (21%). The other gases that are present in small quantities are: Carbon dioxide (0.03%), Argon (0.93%) and Others ( helium, hydrogen, ozone). Tiny dust particles are also present in the air, apart from the above gases.

A tornadois a violently rotating dark funnel shaped cloud that reached from sky towards ground.

  • Diameter of a tornado ranges from few meters to a km.
  • It grows bigger by taking dust and anything else near it. Smaller tornadoes can only make dust rotate with itself whereas a bigger tornado can take vehicles or even houses.
  • It sucks everything from bottom and throws them out from the top.
  • Tornadoes can attain a speed of 300km/hr.
  • They can form within cyclones.

One type of rock changes another type under certain conditions in a cyclic manner. This process if transformation of a rock from another is know as rock cycle

Mallesh Yadav 6 years, 2 months ago

The process of transformation of the rock from one to another is known as Rock cycle

Reena Jani 6 years, 3 months ago

The process of conversion of rock from one type to another type of rock under certain conditions in a cyclic manner is called as rock cycle

Gaja Lakshmi 6 years, 3 months ago

The Rock Cycle Rocks are constantly changing in what is called the rock cycle. It takes millions of years for rocks to change. Here is an example of the rock cycle describing how a rock can change from igneous to sedimentary to metamorphic over time. Rock cycle example 1. Melted rock or magma is sent to the earth's surface by a volcano. It cools and forms an igneous rock. 2. Next the weather, or a river, and other events will slowly break up this rock into small pieces of sediment. 3. As sediment builds up and hardens over years, a sedimentary rock is formed. 4. Slowly this sediment rock will get covered with other rocks and end up deep in the Earth's crust. 5. When the pressure and heat get high enough, the sedimentary rock will metamorphose into a metamorphic rock and the cycle will start over again. One thing to note is that rocks don't need to follow this specific cycle. They may change from one type to another and back again in practically any order.

Charles's law (also known as the law of volumes) is an experimental gas law that describes how gases tend to expand when heated. A modern statement of Charles's law is: When the pressure on a sample of a dry gas is held constant, the Kelvin temperature and the volume will be in direct proportion.[1] This relationship of direct proportion can be written as: {\displaystyle V\propto T}{\displaystyle V\propto T} So this means: {\displaystyle {\frac {V}{T}}=k,\quad or\quad V=kT}{\displaystyle {\frac {V}{T}}=k,\quad or\quad V=kT} where: V is the volume of the gas, T is the temperature of the gas (measured in kelvins), and k is a non-zero constant. This law describes how a gas expands as the temperature increases; conversely, a decrease in temperature will lead to a decrease in volume. For comparing the same substance under two different sets of conditions, the law can be written as: {\displaystyle {\frac {V_{1}}{T_{1}}}={\frac {V_{2}}{T_{2}}}\qquad {\text{or}}\qquad {\frac {V_{2}}{V_{1}}}={\frac {T_{2}}{T_{1}}}\qquad {\text{or}}\qquad V_{1}T_{2}=V_{2}T_{1}.}{\displaystyle {\frac {V_{1}}{T_{1}}}={\frac {V_{2}}{T_{2}}}\qquad {\text{or}}\qquad {\frac {V_{2}}{V_{1}}}={\frac {T_{2}}{T_{1}}}\qquad {\text{or}}\qquad V_{1}T_{2}=V_{2}T_{1}.} The equation shows that, as absolute temperature increases, the volume of the gas also increases in proportion.

heating element converts electrical energy into heat through the process of Joule heating. Electric current through the element encounters resistance, resulting in heating of the element. Unlike the Peltier effect, this process is independent of the direction of current.
