CP of first pen=20
G%=5%
Sp=(100+G%)/100×Cp
= 105/100×20
=21
Cp of Second pen=20
L%=5%
Sp=(100-L%)/100×Cp
=95/100×20
=19
Total cp=20+20=40
Total sp=21+19=40.
So, Cp=Sp there is no loss and no gain.
