The Nawabs of Awadh and Bengal tried to do away with the jagirdari system because they wanted to put a curb on cheating as well as the Mughal influence in their kingdoms. The jagirdars appointed by Mughals were corrupt, so the Nawabs reduced the size of jagirs and appointed loyal servants to complete the tasks. They checked the jagirdar's accounts and the districts' revenues were reassessed by officials appointed by the Nawab's court.

The easiest way to make a convex/concave mirror is to take a spoon. The inner part (where you put soup in) it's a concave mirror, the outer part is convex. Take a spoon and flip it so that you see you reflection from the outer side of the spoon.
Now move your finger near to the spoon, you’ll see the image of the finger in the spoon always smaller than the real dimensions.
Now flip the spoon and take the inner surface, and repeat your “experiment”. Now you’ll see the image gettin bigger while you move the finger near to the spoon. Then, at a certain distance. the image will be spread to the whole surface. Moving it further the image would flip upside-down, and start to get smaller.
That’s basic optical physics, done with a spoon.

If the image is upright of the same size as the object and it does not change
in size by moving the object the mirror is plane.
If the image is upright magnified and it becomes inverted on moving the
object away from the mirror then the mirror is concave.
If the image is upright and diminished and it remains upright on moving
the object away from the mirror then the mirror is convex.

MLAs take part in different debate or discussion on various issues. They ask questions to different ministers of related departments. Sometimes they raise issues in the Assembly and request the government to take measures as soon as possible. The government departments take action and direct the officials to look into the matter of various issues and do the needful. They try to satisfy the MLAs who ask questions to them by giving proper answers. They assure the Assembly members that urgent steps will be taken to control the situation.

In scattered settlements, the houses are built far from each other. This settlement is usually found in hilly or forested areas. Circular settlements are generally found in areas where the livelihood of people is dependent on a water body. The houses are built around the water body giving the settlement a circular shape.

Reforestation is the process of regenerating or replanting forest areas that have been destroyed or damaged for the benefits of mankind. Reforestation and afforestation share the same meaning i.e. afforestation is another name given to reforestation. Occasionally forests have the capability to regenerate due to the trees in the surroundings or due to the dispersion of seeds. However, forest lands that are badly degraded cannot be regenerated unless plants have been planted by using native methods.

The branches of the tall trees look like a roof over the other plants in the forest. This is called canopy.
There are several organisms and micro-organisms that live in the soil that they feed upon the dead plant and animal tissues and convert them into a dark coloured substance called humus.

Rear view mirrors are the convex mirrors present in the vehicles to see the traffic behind them. These mirrors possess the property of lateral inversion i.e. the right hand side of the object is seen as the left hand side. Thus, the word AMBULANCE is written laterally inverted in front of the ambulance because when seen in the rear view mirror by another vehicle, the image of the word would get inverted, letting the driver to read the word properly so that he can provide way to the ambulance.
