No, economic equality does not guarantee social equality. Even with economic equality, social equality may not be achieved as traditional social hierarchies are not easily dissolved. For example, after the emergence of capitalism, traders and industrialists in Europe achieved economic equality with the aristocrats. But aristocrats still remained at the top of the social hierarchy. It would take a series of revolution in Europe to overturn social inequality.

The workers in a factory are employed on a temporary basis. They may be asked to leave anytime at the whims and fancies of the employer. The wages paid to them is fixed based on their skills. The highest amount paid monthly is Rs 3000/- which is paid to the tailors. Women do ancillary jobs like cutting, buttoning ironing etc. The workers are highly exploited and get very low wages. They do not get a fair deal.

Most of the workers are employed in the garment exporting factory on a temporary basis. This means that whenever the employer feels that a worker is not needed, he can be asked to leave. Workers' wages are fixed according to their skills. The highest paid among the workers are the tailors who get about Rs: 3,000 per month. Women are employed as helpers for thread cutting buttoning, ironing and packaging. These jobs have the lowest wages about Rs. 1,500 per month. I don't think the workers get a fair deal in the garment export factory they should avail surety of job as well as sufficient amount of wages,

The marathas wanted to expand to the Deccan because of the following reasons:
1. Marathas wanted to establish their unquestioned rule over the subcontinent by defeating Mughals.
2. They wanted to expand beyond the Deccan to receive tribute and control trade and agriculture.

It is a form of government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a representative system of elections. Democracy will collapse without proper and fair participation of its citizens. Every vote reassures our democracy and makes it stronger.

Purification of drinking water is done at the following four stages -
- Water from a river or lake is brought through canals or long pipes to the water work, where it is mixed with the required quantities of alum and soda lime solutions. These substances react with one another to form aluminium hydroxide, a jelly-like, sticky solid.
- It is then pumped into big settling tanks, where most of the suspended impurities settle down in two or three days.
- The clear water still containing some suspended matter is passed through successive filters of boulders, gravel, coarse sand and fine sand.
- The clear water from the filters is chlorinated and then passed to the reservoirs for distribution in the city.
