The kerala government made some major changes in the state in 1996

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 9 months ago

The Kerala government made some major changes in the state in 1996. It gave 40% of the entire state budget to panchayats so that they could plan and provide for their requirements. This made it possible for a village to make sure that proper planning was done for water, food, women's development, and education. In this way water supply schemes were checked, the working of schools and anganwadis was ensured and specific problems of the village were taken up. Health centers were also improved.
In spite of all these efforts, some problems such as shortage of medicines, insufficient hospital beds, not enough doctors still exist and these are needed to be solved.

Thermal radiation is the electromagnetic radiation emitted by a body with a temperature above absolute zero. The amount of energy emitted depends on the temperature of the surface and its ability to emit energy. An example of thermal radiation is the infrared radiation emitted by a common household radiator or electric heater. Sunshine, or solar radiation, is thermal radiation from the extremely hot gasses of the sun, and this radiation heats the earth.

In the past a foreigner was someone who did not belong to the sane society or culture. A city dweller might have regarded a forest dweller as a foreigner. But two peasants living together in the same village were not foreigners to each other.

Almost all liquids are either acids or bases to some degree. Whether a liquid is an acid or base depends on the type of ions in it. If it has a lot of hydrogen ions, then it is an acid. If it has a lot of hydroxide ions, then it is a base.  Curd contains lactic acid and vinegar contains acetic acid. Lime water, soap, and milk of magnesia are basic substances and grapes contain tartaric acid.

When you eat or drink foods containing sugars, the bacteria in plaque produce acids that attack tooth enamel.
