Given length of rectangular garden = 45 m and breadth = 30 m Therefore, Area = ( l × b) =( 45 × 30) sq m = 1350 sq m length of the rectangular garden including path =45 + (2.5 + 2.5)= 50m and, breadth =30+(2.5+2.5)=35m Therefore, Area of the rectangular garden including path= (50×35) sq m= 1750 sq m. So,the area of the path = (1750 - 1350) m = 400 m

As per the Constitution all the parties which do not take part in the formation of government are called opposition parties. In our democratic set up the role of the opposition parties is in no way less important than the ruling party. The opposition parties keep a watch over the functioning of the ruling party. They take part in every discussion and debate held in the Assembly. They can check and protest any wrong action of the government.

Akbar (1542-1605) ranks among the greatest rulers in the history of the world. He is considered as the real founder of the Mughal Empire. Among the medieval rulers, he was the only one who strived for secularism. The firmness and wisdom of his rule won him the title ‘Guardian of Mankind’. He was born in Umarkot, Sind. He was the son of Humayun and Hamida Bai. Akbar adopted a policy of conciliation and conquest towards Rajputs states. He married Jodha Bia, the daughter of a Rajput King, Raja Bihari Mal of Amber. He abolished pilgrim tax Jizyah and tax from non-Muslim in lieu of military service. He had a centralized administration. Akbar promulgated a new creed knows as ‘Din-i-Ilahi’. He patronized Navratra in his court. Akbar had tremendous interest in art, architecture and literature.

Fertilisers are added to the soil because for growth and development in plants and fertilisers rich in nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium added to the soil to enrich the soil (note that fertiliser is given to plant in small amount otherwise the plant will damage)

Gaurav Seth 5 years, 4 months ago

Nutrients are replenished in the Soil by adding Fertilisers and manures

When fertilisers and manures are added to the soil in the fields, then the soil gets enriched with nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, etc. The crop plants can then grow well in this soil. Fertilisers and manures provide essential nutrients for the growth of plants so that we get healthy plants.

Petroleum is a fossil fuel which got formed by the dead remains of the sea animals. These animals slowly got trapped under soil and clay and more deposits were formed with time. Due to depth, the temperature and pressure raised and over the years they got converted into petroleum oil. Since oil is lighter than water, it did not get mixed with water and got raised to the superficial rocks, which did not allow it to pass through them.
Petroleum is a mixture of various useful substances. Thus, it is refined to separate these useful by-products in petroleum refineries by the process of fractional distillation of petroleum.

Spore formation is one form of asexual reproduction. Spore formation is the method of developing new individuals by forming reproductive structures called spores.
*A spore is a small spherical or oval structure which protects the future individual in a thick protective covering.
*Spore germinates on a substratum under favourable conditions.
*Some organisms like ferns, some groups of fungi reproduce by spore formation.
e.g.Fungus reproduces by means of spores. Fungus like bread mould produce spores which germinate on moist organic surfaces. The cottony white mass on bread formed by fungus after spore germination is called a mould. Spores can survive in extreme conditions because of the protective hard coat.
