Given that 

First diagonal d1 = 16cm

second diagonal d2 = 24 cm

Area of rhombus = d1 x d2 /2

A= 16 x24/2

A= 16 x12

A= 192 cm2

Diagonals of a rhombus perpendicularly bisect each other Therefore, Ar. Of 1 triangle =1/2 × 8 × 24 =96 cm2 Ar. Of rhombus =96×2 =192 cm2
