Given that side of cube = 6 cm . When two cubes are joined then length= 6+6=12 cm , breadth = 6cm and height = 6 cm

Total surface area = 2(length * breadth + breadth * height + length * height)

TSA = 2(12*6 +6*6 +12*6)

TSA = 2(72+36+72)

TSA = 2(180)

TSA = 360cm2

The total surface are will be found by putting 2l ,b and h in the formula of total surface area of cuboid which is 2(LB+BH+HL)
