According to question ; #Half rod is present inside the cube and half is outside it. #we have to Find the minimum possible flux of the electric field through the entire surface of the cube. #using gauss law Charge inside the 3-d surface Divided by epsilan is the net electric flux through the 3-d surfaces. Here net charge in the cube is =q/2 so, electric flux from the cube is q/2e
