Area o tile (rhombus) = ½×product of diagonals = ½ × 45cm × 30 cm = 675cm² = 675 × 1/10000m² = Area of 3000 tiles = 675 × 1/10000 × 3000 = 2025/10m² = 202.5m² =Cost of polishing of 1m² area = Rs.4 = Cost of polishing of 202.5m² area = Rs.4 × 202.5 = Rs.810
