*Aerobic respiration-> # takes place in the presence of oxygen # end products are carbon dioxide, water and energy. # energy produced is 38ATP #Occurs in mitochondria in animals *Anaerobic respiration-> # in absence of lack of oxygen # end products are Lactic acid and CO2 or Ethanol and CO2 #occurs in yeast and muscles
