Power sharing is desirable because of the following reasons: 1) it's reduce the chance of conflict in the society. 2) it maintain secularism in the country. 3) it reduced the burden of responsibility from the shoulders of Central Government. 4) it helps in stability of the political orders. 5) it strengthness is the unity of the nation. 6) it is the true spirit of the democracy.
