In this painting the women statue is the statue of Liberty,in the statue's one hand there is a charter of man's right(all right of citizens) and in the other hand there in torch of enlightenment. All nations are paying respect to the to statue as they are passing through it. In this picture gods are sprinkling flower on people's who are in queue, this flower scene depicts fraternity. In this pic on ground some broken items of monarchy are thrown such as crown, hathkadi(I don't know what a hathkadi call in English) ect this scene depicts that monarchy is no longer in France/monarchy is end.
