Federal government □ in this govt. Two lr more tiers of govt are formed. □all tiers has its own power. □central govt cannot order to state govt. Unitary govt ■only one tier of govt ■not equal distribution of power take place. ■central govt pass orders to state govt.

●Unitary government •There is a concentration of power in the central government •A unitary government provides for a sovereign central legislative •In a unitary government can pass orders to the provincial or local government. ●Federal government There is a concentration of power in the central and state government •A federal government makes provision for separate legislative and executive for the unit also •In a federal government cannot order the state government to do something .
