Given : U = -25 f = -15 V = ? 1/f =1/v + 1/u ----mirror formula Substitute the values : 1/-15 =1/v+1/-25 Shift i/v to the LHS 1/v = 1/+25 + 1/-15 LCM 1/v = 75/+3-5 1/v = 75/-2 v = 37.5cm Therefore the v = 37.5 ------------------------------------------------- And don't write the focal length as capital F it's pricipal focuse Always wirte focal length as small f Thank you
