Ravneet is performing a business as he is solely doing it for earning profits. It is a sole proprietory business. On the other hand, Surinder is employed in a factory, so it is employment. He is being employed by an employer and he needs to follow all the rules and regulations according to the code of conduct prescribed by his employer. He receives sallary/wages for the work done.
