1) some state likes Jammu and Kashmir has it own constitution. 2) many provision of India constitution are not applicable to this state without the approval of the state assembly. 3) Indians who are not permanent resident of the his state cannot buy land or house here. Similar special provision exist for some other states of India as well. Justify:- Jammu and Kashmir has its own constitution which it follow. Whereas other state do not have their there own constitution .they follow the rules and regulation written down in the Indian constitution.
