A chemical reaction is a process in which new substances with new different properties are formed, whereas a chemical equation is the form of chemical reactions written in the form of symbols and letters in the place of words of substances.

Chemical reaction is a prrocess in which new substances are formed and new properties arises with the new substances. Whereas in chemical equation we do with numbers, letters, symbols etc.... it shows us about the chemical reaction. Basically chemical equation is statemnt in letters and numbers of a chemical reaction. ]
