In chloroform and acetone mixture, the double bonded oxygen of acetones get hydrogen bonded with the hydrogen of chloroform. Thus, there is a significant change in the strength of bonding in chloroform - acetone mixtures, than in individual chloroform and acetone solutions. Thus, vapour pressure also changes during dissolution and consequently, the solution does not follow Raoul's law for ideal solutions.
