The status of employment in India are- 1. People are engaged in unorganised sector more then that of organised sector. 2. People are working more in informal sectors more then that of formal sector in need of repayment of loan,etc. 3. People are working at a place more than it is needed which is called underemployment or disguised unemployment. 4. Rise in production of both primary and secondary sector will increase employment because they will need more workers for their need.
