What democracy results in depends on several factors like the geography of that area,the culture,relation with other countries and the type of thinking. Economic outcomes -Overall,we prefer from democracy to give better economic outcomes but we have seen from the census that dictatorship did better in terms of economic terms but still democracy has many other plus points and the difference between their economy is also very marginal. Social Outcomes- Democracy are prefered best to guarantee social piece and promote harmony among people.for example,it gives the lower sections of the society like the untouchables chance to uplift themselves
