S.P. = C.P. – Loss
$\therefore$ 13500 = C.P. – 20% of C.P.
$\therefore$ 13500 = C.P. – $\frac{20}{100} \times$ C.P.
$\therefore$ 13500 = C.P. – $\frac{1}{5} \times$ C.P.
$\therefore$ 13500 = $\left(1-\frac{1}{5}\right)$ C.P.
$\therefore$ 13500 = $\frac{4}{5}$ C.P.
$\therefore$ C.P. = $\frac{13500 \times 5}{4}$
$\therefore$ C.P. = 16875
Hence, she bought it at price Rs. 16875.
