First, find the circumference of the circle. Circumference=(pi)diameter. = pi×63.(Take pi=22/7) =22/7×63 Cancellation. =22×9 =198. Therefore, Circumference of the tyre=198 cm(=distance travelled in 1 round). Then, distance travelled in 1000 rounds =198cm(or 1.98m) × 1000 =198000 cm or 1980 m.
