A homogeneous society is a society that has similar kinds of people, has the same religious beliefs and share the same cultural aspects and traditions.
The features of homogeneous society are mentioned below:

  1. In this society, there are no significant ethnic differences and it shares a common culture.
  2. Nowadays, homogeneous societies are undergoing rapid change under the influence of migrants. Migrants bring with them their own culture and tend to form a different social community. In this way, today most of the countries of the world have become multi-cultural.
  3. For instance “Germany and Sweden” are having homogenous society but they are also becoming multi-cultural under the influence of migrants.
