    Sn = 3n2 + 5n
    Put n = 1, 2, 3,....
    S1 = 8
    S2=3×4+10=22
    a1 = S1 = 8
    a2 = S2 - S1
    = 22 - 8 = 14
    d = a2 - a1 = 14 - 8 = 6
    am = 164
    ⇒ a + (m - 1)d = 164
    ⇒ 8 (m - 1) (6) = 164
    ⇒ 8 + 6m - 6 = 164
    ⇒ 6m = 164 - 2
    ⇒ 6m = 162
    ⇒m=1626=27
