Here, l = 6 m, b = 5m and h = 4m
{tex}\therefore{/tex} Area of the walls = 2h(l + b) = { 2 {tex}\times{/tex} 4 {tex}\times{/tex} (6 + 5)}m² = (8 {tex}\times{/tex} 11)m² = 88m²
Cost of white washing of 1 square metre = Rs.25
{tex}\therefore{/tex} Cost of white washing the walls = Rs.(25 {tex}\times{/tex} 88) = Rs.2200
