Composition *Also called trace elements. *Also known as major elements. Types *Vitamins, minerals and trace elements. *Carbohydrate, protein and fats. Examples *Antioxidants, Minerals, and Vitamins are examples of macro-nutrients. *Proteins, fibre, carbohydrates, and fats are examples of micro-nutrients.
