1) The constitution of Belgium has made it compulsory for equal number of ministers from both the linguistic groups in the central government. 2) The power of central government has been shared to state government and the state government is not subordinate to the central government. 3) Brussels has separate government where french accepted the representation of dutch as Dutch accepted equal representation at the central government.
