Plants transport system moves energy stored in leaves and from roots (raw material) to all parts of plants. There are two pathways constructed as conductive tubes - Xylem and Phloem Xylem - It moves water and minerals obtained from the root to leaves of plants. It consists of trachieds and vessels Phloem- It transport products of photosynthesis from the leaves to roots and storage parts of plant. It consists of sieve tubes and companion cells.
