IN Mn2+ Electronic config.=3d5 4s0 (half filled orbital stability) In Fe2+ Electronic confi.= 3d6 4s0 (not stable more than half stability ) Half filled , full filled , vancant orbitals are known to be stable so therefore, Mn2+ is more stable than Fe2+

As Fe has less electrode potential then mn that's why mn2+ is more stable then fe
