1) Lie down straight on your back. 2) Close your eyes. 3) Take your attention to your right foot for a few seconds. 4) Next move your attention to the right knee, right thigh and hip. 5) Repeat this same process for the left leg. 6) Take your attention to the upper body: stomach, chest. 7) Now take attention to the right shoulder, right arm and fingers. 8) Repeat this same process for the left shoulder, left arm. 9) Finally face and top of the head. 10) Now take a deep breath and observe the sensations in your body. 11) Relax in this state for a few minutes. 12) Slowly sit up and open your eyes.
