Following are the main functions of the Parliament are ÷ 1 ) Parliament has the power to enact law for the whole of the country. 2) The Parliament controls the cabinet which intern is responsible to the parliament. 3) The Parliament controls the finance of the state and passes the budget . 4) The Parliament formulates National and foreign policies of the country . 5) The elected member of the Parliament participate in the election of the president. 6) Parliament enjoys certain judicial powers and can make amendments in the constitution. 7) The Parliament can remove the judge of the High Court and Supreme Court.
