If we are travellimg in that train, this means that the light will enter our eye at a point different from the middle in space. Its like somebody is standing still at some distance from the middle of the train, and thus he will absolutely see the lightning bolts different time. So how he explained that as relativity?

Possible but if we are travelling in large distances in space, then we see the time difference. The best example, the stars, millions of light years away, we see their light which was generated by them million years before, means we are seeing their past at present. So time is different for every point, rather velocity yes?
