When they work at home they didi not add to national income. This is non economic activity but when she go out side for work it add in economic activity means it at to national income so they got some benefits..form there job ...

When the women work in their homes, they do not do any work for the national progress of the country. They work for their family. But when they enter the labour market, they starts contributing to the national progress of the country. Thus, they are paid for the service when they enter the labour market not for their work in their home.
