Brussels had a different situations due to the following reasons:- 1.In Brussels , french speakers population was more than Dutch speakers.(80%of french and 20%dutch). 2. Due to having the more population in capital city, french were more powerful and educated than Dutch. 3. And for this reason, Dutch disliked the French. 4. Due to this, this created a tension between both these two groups.
