Sides of triangular cloth a=20cm , b=50cm, c= 50cm S=20+50+50/2 = 120/2 = 60cm Area of triangle = use heron's formula here That is ::: root s( s-a) ( s- b) ( s- c) Put the value of s , a , b and c And your answer will be 200root 6cmsquare Area of 5 triangular pieces of one colour = 5×200 root6= 1000root6cm square Area of 5 pieces of other colour= 5×200 root6= 1000root 6 square I hope this is clear to you
