The colour of copper sulphate solution (CuSO4) changes from blue to green.Because here Iron is high reactive than copper,so it displaces Copper from Copper sulphate solution. Equation: CuSO4+Fe GIVES FeSO4+Cu.This is a displacement reaction

Because of displacement reaction... as Iron being more reactive than copper displaces copper and hence the colour changes from blue to green as the colour of FeSO4 is green HOPE IT HELPS YOU!! :)
