The virtual image formed by a concave mirror is larger than the size of the object, whereas the virtual image formed by a convex mirror is smaller than the size of the object.

Concave mirror is also know as converging mirror ,and convex mirror is also know as diverging mirror.And concave mirror forms real and inverted as well as virtual and erect image and convex mirror forms always virtual and erect image .
